> Group A RV Point: Meet at McDonald’s Shell Karak DT2 [McDonald's Project Karak DT - Waze]
> Group B RV Point: Starbucks Petronas Karak DT [Starbucks PETRONAS Lingkaran DT - Waze]
> Group C RV Point: SHELL JLT2 Gombak [Shell MRR2 Gombak Toll Exit - Waze]
7.00am - All groups depart for Parkir Dewan Canseleri, Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) [Canseleri UMPSA Gambang, Gambang, Pahang - Waze]
9.00am - Arrive at Parkir Dewan Canseleri, Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) [Canseleri UMPSA Gambang, Gambang, Pahang - Waze]

9.30am - First convoy of 60 cars depart for Rumah Anak-anak Yatim Permata Camar and Pertubuhan Kebajikan Anak Yatim & Miskin Nur Iman Tanjung Lumpur Kuantan, to pick up the orphans escorted by police outriders.
10.00am - Second convoy departs to Car Exhibition location, escorted by police patrol cars
10.30am - Second convoy arrives at Car Exhibition location
10.45am - First convoy arrives at the Car Exhibition location after dropping off the children at the lunch venue
11.00am - First and Second convoy groups heads to the lunch venue
11.15am - Presentation of Mock Cheque to Orphanage Homes Representative
11.30am - Lunch begins

12.45pm - Participants from both convoys and the children walk back to the Car Exhibition location
1.00pm - Arrival of VIPs
2.00pm - Arrival of Duli Paduka Mulia Tengku Mahkota Pahang and Duli Paduka Baginda Sultan Pahang at Arked Sentral Teruntum, Jalan Teruntum
2.05pm - Duli Paduka Mulia Tengku Mahkota Pahang proceeds to visit the K188 Cars & Coffee
2.45pm - 60 Cars to send back the children to Rumah Anak-anak Yatim Permata Camar and Pertubuhan Kebajikan Anak Yatim & Miskin Nur Iman Tanjung Lumpur Kuantan
> Cars & Coffee Event ends, all cars to vacate display area. Drivers can head back home or continue with own itinerary.
