Calling all Sports-loving Cars and Owners, this year we head to PENANG! July marks the last month where we have our final big rendezvous before public holidays and family obligations take the rest of 2010.

About 50 Super Cars will make this memorable journey from KL to Penang. This Special Charity Drive has been organized to help raise awareness and funds for the needy and less fortunate; Our small way of giving back to the community. Holiday Inn Resort Penang will graciously host our ensemble at a reduced rate and provide hospitality for the Charity event.

It will be a light weekend of fun, relax and charity so take this opportunity to sit back, enjoy the drive, mingle with like minded friends, take pictures of beautiful cars, do some charity and disconnect for 2.5 days!

Tentative Itinerary as follows

16th July 2010 ( Friday)

1.00 pm : Depart Sg Buloh R & R

Please drive in convoy with lights on, no racing please

Estimated Cruising Speed 180kph.

Petrol Stops @ Tapah & Bukit Merah

4.30pm : ETA @ Juru Toll. Police escort to Holiday Inn.

Parking in Hotel: 15 cars in main building & rest in Tower block.

5.30 pm : Registration & refreshment at lobby lounge

7.30 pm : Meet at lobby for BBQ dinner at Lounge 69 (next door to hotel)

(Free Flow of beer/juice till 10 pm)

10.00 pm : End of Dinner

17th July 2010 ( Saturday)

10.30 am : All drivers at lobby.

Passengers please standby at lobby at 12.15 noon

11.00 am : Flag of for Charity Drive. Escorted by police to pick up orphans.

Each car 1 orphan & escorted back to the hotel.

If drivers wish to donate caps or t-shirt to passengers it is much

appreciated

12.00 noon : Charity Function at hotel attended by Chief Minister or his

representative. Lunch hosted by Holiday Inn.

2.00 pm : End of Function

8.00 pm : Dinner at Hotel Garden (Arabian Night)

10.30 pm : Drive to Hard Rock Café. We need 10-15 cars to give short drive to

lucky winners organize by Hard Rock Hotel. Limited Beer/juice

is sponsored.

18th July 2010 (Sunday)

12.00 noon : Check out

1.00 pm : Leave hotel escorted by police to Juru Toll.

Lunch at R & R after Juru Toll (30 Mins)
