CUSTOMIZING THE EXPERIENCE
The 2025 LC 500 Convertible sees the return of the Bespoke Build package, allowing customers to customize their vehicle with a mix of performance and styling components. For 2025, the blue and red soft-top selections become standalone options with the package.

Other customization options for the LC 500 Convertible include 21-inch forged alloy wheels with an all-Black finish, dark chrome-finished trim, a carbon scuff plate and neck heater. In addition to the three standard interior colors (Black, Toasted Caramel, Rioja Red) offered on other LC 500 Convertible models, the Bespoke Build package features a unique White and Blue[1] interior.

The LC 500 Convertible Bespoke Build package continues to offer a unique interior badge and included certificate of authenticity printed on Japanese washi paper and signed and stamped by LC Chief Engineer Yasushi Muto.

ELITE ATHLETICISM
The LC 500 Convertible, while based on the LC 500 coupe, stands out with its own athletic character, thanks to extensive driving analysis and unique design elements that maintain convertible-specific performance.

Its suspension is fine-tuned to account for weight differences between the coupe and convertible, featuring custom components like dampers, coils, bushings, and a standard rear performance damper for a smooth yet responsive ride.

The Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) is also optimized for the convertible, offering up to 650 levels of damping adjustment to match road conditions. Enhanced front and rear suspension settings improve ground contact, steering precision, and handling for a more dynamic driving experience that embodies the Lexus Driving Signature.

CREAM OF THE CROP TOP
The LC Convertible’s soft-top design emphasizes sleek lines without compromising trunk and cabin space, unlike heavier hard tops. It uses an innovative folding mechanism with a tonneau cover, inspired by the smooth flow of Japanese calligraphy.

For 2025, the LC 500 Convertible top comes in Black, Sand, and two exclusive Bespoke Build colors, Red[2] and Blue[2], which complement nine exterior options Ultrasonic Blue Mica 2.0[3], Copper Crest[3], Caviar, Cloudburst Gray[4], Iridium[4], Ultra White[4], Infrared[3], Flare Yellow[3] and Nori Green Pearl.

The roof can open or close at speeds up to 31 mph, taking about 15 seconds to open and 16 seconds to close. An animated display tracks its progress, and the sound system adjusts to the driving environment. Power windows are synchronized with the roof for a seamless open-air experience.

A tonneau provides weather resistance when the roof is closed, while the trunk’s design enhances the car’s low, wide stance. Lightweight magnesium and aluminum components help lower the center of gravity, and the four-layer soft top reduces wrinkles and improves sound insulation.

The roof operates smoothly using a hydraulic system with an electromagnetic valve, ensuring reliable, quiet performance after extensive durability testing.

ENDLESS SUMMER
The 2025 LC 500 Convertible comes with a standard 12.3-inch high-definition touchscreen, providing user-friendly controls. It also includes Intuitive Parking Assist and a Panoramic View Monitor as standard features.

Its HVAC system adjusts automatically, whether the top is up or down, with the Lexus Climate Concierge managing air conditioning, seat and neck heaters, and the steering-wheel heater for a comfortable cabin environment.

Engineers designed the cabin to minimize wind noise using a unique beltline and rear molding, along with a standard transparent polycarbonate wind deflector for low-speed driving and a windscreen for a quieter high-speed ride. Active Noise Control further reduces unwanted sounds.

Lexus’s renowned Takumi craftsmanship is evident in the upholstery and detailing, with a new geometric texture on the interior passenger seat panel. Interior color options include Black, Toasted Caramel, and Rioja Red leather trim.

ASPIRATED, NATURALLY
The naturally aspirated 5.0-liter V8 of the LC Convertible delivers a thrilling engine note, urging drivers to hit the throttle. Sharing the same direct-injected V8 as the LC 500 Coupe, it produces 471 horsepower at 7,100 rpm and 398 lb.-ft of torque at 4,800 rpm. Paired with a Direct-Shift 10-speed automatic transmission, the LC Convertible achieves 0-60 mph in 4.6 seconds, with a top speed electronically limited to 168 mph.

While the LC Convertible minimizes unwanted noise, it embraces the V8's powerful roar. Engine intake pulses are carried through a diaphragm into a sound pipe, bringing the engine’s rumble into the cabin, inspired by the Lexus LFA. A computer-controlled valve optimizes exhaust back-pressure and tone for an enhanced exhaust sound at higher speeds.

LEXUS INTERFACE AND CONNECTED SERVICES
The 2025 LC 500 Convertible features the Lexus Interface, offering enhanced connectivity and convenience, including Over-the-Air (OTA) updates. Users can interact through touch and voice controls, with an active three-year Drive Connect trial providing access to Intelligent Assistant, Cloud Navigation, and Destination Assist. Saying “Hey Lexus” enables voice commands for navigation, audio, and climate adjustments.

Cloud Navigation uses real-time data for maps and traffic, with Google-based POI searches and live agent support through Destination Assist. The system supports dual Bluetooth® connections, wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, and includes a Wi-Fi Connect trial with 4G for up to five devices. Audio options include HD Radio®, USB, SiriusXM® trial, and Integrated Streaming for Apple Music® and Amazon Music.

Available Connected Services include Safety Connect with emergency and roadside assistance and Service Connect for vehicle reports, both with up to a 10-year trial. The Lexus app allows for remote control and status checks of the vehicle with a three-year Remote Connect trial.

SAFETY AND CONVENIENCE
The 2025 LC 500 Convertible comes standard with Lexus Safety System+ 2.5, which brings a suite of key active safety and convenience features to the vehicle. This system includes:

1. Pre-Collision System (PCS) with Pedestrian Detection: Detects vehicles, pedestrians, or cyclists and alerts the driver with audio/visual warnings. If no action is taken, it can automatically brake between 7-110 mph using a camera and radar.
- Risk Avoidance Emergency Steer Assist: Adds steering support during emergency maneuvers to enhance stability and prevent lane departure, active when PCS is on and the vehicle is between 25-50 mph.
- Left Turn Oncoming Vehicle Detection/Braking: Warns and automatically brakes if the driver turns left into an oncoming vehicle during certain daytime conditions.

2. All-speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC): Maintains a preset speed and distance from vehicles ahead, adjusting automatically even in stop-and-go traffic. It can bring the vehicle to a complete stop and resume speed when the road clears.

3. Lane Tracing Assist (LTA): Works with DRCC to keep the vehicle centered using lane markers or the vehicle ahead as a guide.

4. Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist (LDA w/SA): Detects lane departures at speeds above 32 mph and warns the driver. If needed, it gently adjusts the steering to help keep the vehicle in its lane.

5. Road Sign Assist (RSA): Uses a camera to detect and display signs like speed limits, stop, and yield signs on the vehicle’s display.
