Amalfi, 01 July 2025 – The new Ferrari Amalfi replaces the Roma as a front-mid-engine V8 2+ coupé, blending everyday usability with signature Ferrari performance. Its minimalist design, active aero, and carbon fibre details create a sleek, modern look.
Powered by a 640 cv twin-turbo V8 and 8-speed dual-clutch gearbox, it hits 0–100 km/h in 3.3s. Advanced systems like brake-by-wire, ABS Evo, and adaptive rear wing ensure sharp, stable handling.
Inside, a dual-cockpit layout, digital displays, and physical controls deliver intuitive interaction. Rear seats boost practicality, while options like the Burmester® audio and front lifter add luxury and ease.
A perfect balance of style, speed, and comfort, the Amalfi redefines modern GT driving.
POWERTRAIN
The Ferrari Amalfi’s updated 3855-cc twin-turbo V8 delivers 640 cv at 7,500 rpm, with a higher 7,600 rpm redline and 166 cv/l specific output. Performance gains come from independent turbo control, new pressure sensors, and an advanced ECU for sharper response and precision. Weight was cut with lighter camshafts and a redesigned engine block. New low-viscosity oil improves cold-start efficiency by 30%.
Throttle response is enhanced by a flat-plane crankshaft, twin-scroll turbos, and equal-length runners for smooth, progressive power. The refined 8-speed dual-clutch gearbox offers faster, smoother shifts with better engine coordination. Efficiency improves with a dry-sump gearbox, low-friction gears, and smooth clutch control, especially in Start\&Stop driving.
A new exhaust system with ceramic catalysts and adaptive valves keeps the signature Ferrari sound while meeting noise regulations.
EXTERIOR
The Ferrari Amalfi reimagines the 2+ coupé berlinetta with a front-mid V8, merging tradition with modern design. Led by Flavio Manzoni, the Styling Centre took cues from the Ferrari Roma, crafting a more sculpted, contemporary form while staying true to Ferrari’s legacy.
Its sleek, minimalist exterior features sharp lines, geometric volumes, and a wedge-shaped side profile. The front skips a traditional grille for a floating wing over a dark recessed band, integrating sensors and headlights. A wide lower splitter adds sportiness.
At the rear, a clean, compact tail is defined by a wraparound line and hidden tail lights in graphic cuts. A functional diffuser and flowing rear screen complete the aerodynamic look. The launch color, Verde Costiera, highlights the car’s curves with a fresh, sea-inspired hue.
INTERIOR
The Ferrari Amalfi’s interior features a dual-cockpit layout that wraps driver and passenger in connected, sculpted cells. A central touchscreen and faceted surfaces enhance the cocoon effect, while the clean design blends premium materials with advanced tech.
For the first time, the dashboard merges the instrument cluster and air vents into a single block. The suspended aluminum central tunnel houses key controls and design elements. Door grips flow into sail-like shapes, and hidden woofers behind perforated aluminum add to the refined, technical feel.
Interior colors emphasize sportiness, with bold options like Verde Bellagio highlighting the cabin. Optional comfort seats come in three sizes with massage, ventilation, and customizable settings.
An optional 14-speaker Burmester® system delivers 1,200 watts of high-fidelity sound, with ring radiator tweeters and adjustable audio presets enhancing the premium in-cabin experience.
HMI
The Ferrari Amalfi offers a high-tech, intuitive onboard experience with a revamped HMI system focused on comfort and engagement. The new steering wheel returns to physical buttons for better ergonomics. An aluminum start button revives a classic Ferrari touch. Controls are clearly organized, with ADAS and phone features on the left, and display, wipers, and indicators on the right. Rear rotary dials handle audio settings.
The HMI includes three displays: a 15.6” digital cluster for driving data, a 10.25” central touchscreen for media, climate, and settings, and an 8.8” passenger screen for performance info.
Connectivity features include Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto®, wireless charging, and MyFerrari Connect for remote vehicle monitoring via app.
AERODYNAMICS
The Ferrari Amalfi’s aerodynamics were developed through close collaboration between engineers and designers, using CFD, wind tunnel testing, and iterative refinement to balance form and function. Every element serves a purpose: underbody fairings reduce drag, while a bypass duct over the headlights aids cooling. Vortex generators and splitters with diffusers improve front downforce and brake ventilation.
The redesigned underbody and rear diffuser manage airflow for better efficiency and stability. A key feature is the active rear wing, with three modes — Low Drag, Medium Downforce, and High Downforce — adjusting automatically based on driving conditions. In HD mode, it adds 110 kg of downforce at 250 km/h with minimal drag increase.
A subtle 20 mm nolder at the rear helps maintain clean airflow. At the front, cooling is optimized via a central radiator/condenser and side intakes for the intercoolers.
VEHICLE DYNAMICS
The Ferrari Amalfi’s vehicle dynamics mark a major leap for front-engined 2+ coupés, featuring brake-by-wire for improved braking precision, reduced pedal travel, and better modulation—even with ABS active. Its ABS Evo system, adapted from other recent Ferraris, uses a 6D sensor to optimize brake force and grip across all conditions and Manettino modes. Integrated with SSC 6.1, it enhances straight-line braking and lateral stability while improving consistency regardless of surface or temperature.
A new EPS-based grip estimation system is 10% faster and more accurate, boosting controller response even on low-traction surfaces by analyzing steering dynamics and yaw data. The active rear spoiler supports handling by adjusting for added downforce during braking or cornering, improving stability.
For safety, the Amalfi includes advanced ADAS features like Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist, Blind Spot Detection, Emergency Braking, and optional Surround View. All are fully integrated with the car’s sensors and interface. Together, these systems ensure sharp, controlled, and confidence-inspiring performance in all conditions.
TYRES
The choice of tyres for the Ferrari Amalfi was guided by a careful balance between aesthetics, performance, and comfort. The 20” wheels were selected to maintain the harmonious proportions consistent with the car’s design language, without compromising ride quality. To ensure maximum comfort, the sidewall aspect ratio chosen for the Ferrari Roma was retained, ensuring progressive response and good absorption of road imperfections.
The tyre dimensions are 245/35 R20 at the front and 285/35 R20 at the rear, a configuration that balances agility and traction, contributing to the car’s precise and responsive dynamics. The Ferrari Amalfi comes standard with tyres co-developed with two technical partners: Bridgestone Potenza Sport and Pirelli P ZERO.
7-YEAR GENUINE MAINTENANCE
The Ferrari Amalfi comes with Ferrari’s seven-year Genuine Maintenance programme, covering all regular maintenance—every 20,000 km or annually—regardless of mileage. This service ensures peak performance and safety, using original parts and expert technicians trained in Maranello.
Available worldwide and for pre-owned Ferraris, the programme reflects Ferrari’s commitment to quality and long-term client care, extending its comprehensive after-sales support across the official dealership network.
