REMARKS:

Mint Condition, Smooth Running Engine, Very Rare and High Collectible Suicide Doors, Clean Engine and Numbers

The 600D was introduced in the summer of 1960 in Italy and It immediately became popular. In its relatively short lifespan almost 2.7 million units were produced. To cater to this demand, more factories were set up in Germany, Spain and Argentina to cope. At its peak, output was around 1000 units a day.

This particular specimen was built in its founding factory in Turin. Suicide doors are a must and remain very elusive today as they were only made in the first 4 years of production. This unit has the suicide doors and its fragile hinge and door pull have not been molested. The body remained intact throughout its lifetime of 4 owners which is very fortunate. Resulting in which the Chassis and Engine numbers are matching and just as prominent as the first day it left the factory. Enter the era of Italiano Collectibles.
