A wonderful barn find by the current owner. This 510 SSS was quite complete and the body work was decent being restored sometime ago by it’s previous owner whom eventually ran out of project funds. It is finished in an attractive Sugarcane Green Metallic and the interior condition is very neat.

Mechanically the car is strong. An SR20 engine is transplanted and has recently been JPJ endorsed. Engine temperature is stable, power delivery is smooth and strong. Modern suspension makes it firm and planted. The car drives, brakes and corners very well thanks to these modern updates.

This sale includes the cherished classic Penang number plate with the auspicious twin 88 pairing.

Body & Exterior:
The paint condition on the surface is good with some paint bubbling.
The color of the car is Sugarcane Green Metallic
The body panels are not flushed at some areas commonly seen with surviving Japanese cars of this age. There would have been some body restoration done some time ago as some weld patches and putty marks are visible.
Windscreen and windows have no obvious damage.
Wing mirrors are in good shape.
Rear boot has no signs of damage or rust.
Headlamps and indicators have no major damage.
Exterior chrome, plastic and rubber trims have no major damage.

Interior:
Interior is very neat and non-smoking.
Driver Zone ie steering, gear knob, handbrake, and door handles are in good condition. The driver side window winder has fallen off but is available.
Passenger zone ie other doors and seats are in good condition. The seats would have been upholstered not too long ago.
Accessories functions ie lights, horn, wiper, signal, air conditioning and radio are operational.

Mechanical & Operation:
The car drives well and the handling is good.
Engine operation is good.
Engine temperature is stable.
Engine fluids are at appropriate level.
Engine bay has no signs of sedimentation or leaks.
Power steering works fine.
The hoses show no signs of sedimentation or leak.
Radiator has no indication of major damage.
