REMARKS: 2012 BMW F30 328i 2.0 Luxury For Sale

A BMW Malaysia supplied new premium sedan with 2 owners and in good condition. For a 10 year old car, the mileage is relatively low and the condition is original and good. This may be a common model on the road, but to single out a decent car let alone in original state may take some time to comb through and interview as there are thousands of ads with different variations. We were fortunate that this clean unit was discovered, albeit the current keeper residing in Kajang. Sold with a nice registration number 1199.
This mineral grey unit is powered by 2.0L twin scroll turbo mated to a 8-speed automatic gearbox, driving the rear wheels.

Body & Exterior:
The condition of the exterior is good. About 6 years ago it had a coat of paint for the exterior in the same color. Interior panels are not touched
The car shows no sign of major body repairs or flood damage
The original color is Mineral Gray
The body panels do not have big dents or scratches. Slight stone chips found at the front and some scratches on the lower door area
Windscreen and windows have no obvious damage
Wing mirrors are in good shape
Rear boot has no signs of damage or rust
Headlamps and indicators have no major damage but slightly faded
Exterior chrome, plastic and rubber trims have no major damage

Interior:
Interior is original, very well kept and non smoking
Driver Zone ie steering, gear knob, handbrake and door handles are in good condition. Surprisingly there are no sticky plastics on the door handle
Passenger zone ie other doors and seats are in good condition
Accessories functions ie lights, horn, wiper, signal, air conditioning and radio is operational

Mechanical & Operation:
The car drives well and suspension is well damped. 4 absorbers were changed in 2021
Engine temperature is stable
The hoses show no signs of sedimentation or leak
Radiator has no indication of major damage
Engine fluids are at appropriate level
Engine bay has no signs of major sedimentation or leaks
Power steering pump works fine
Brake system function is normal
Undercarriage have no major damage and show no signs of major rusts
Impact bars and Cross-links have no major signs of damage
Exhaust pipe has no major damage

Update: The seller has updated that there is a slight leak from the top of the fuel tank. If petrol is filled to the brim, fuel will leak to the floor. He said a replacement new fuel tank will cost Rm1800 to purchase or a used unit should cost less.
