1976 Daimler Double Six Coupe 5.3 V12

The Daimler Double Six Coupe, with only 400 were made, is a rare two-door version of the Jaguar/Daimler 4 door saloon. It was the last car from Jaguar to be designed by Sir William Lyons.

Under the hood, is a magnificent 5.3 litre V12 engine, originally used in jaguar racing car. During its time, this car was able to have a top speed of 241 km/hr.

This Daimler Double Six Coupe, probably is the only one in good running condition in Malaysia, was brought into Malaysia in 2015. The car was owned by Mr Iain Tyrrell, one of the world’s foremost classic car collectors and experts, especially on V12, before it was brought into Malaysia from the UK.
