Ingolstadt, June 16, 2025 – Audi unveils the third-generation Q3, redefining the premium compact SUV with bold design, advanced digital features, and enhanced safety. Highlights include a refined suspension, new digital Matrix LED headlights with micro-LED tech, and efficient powertrains featuring mild-hybrid and plug-in hybrid options with up to 74 miles* of electric range.

The third-gen Audi Q3 debuts with a more emotional design, featuring a wide Singleframe grille, sleek headlights, and bold lighting elements including digital OLED rear lights and new Matrix LED headlights with micro-LED tech—both Audi firsts in the compact segment.

Inside, a redesigned steering unit frees up space, introducing two multifunction stalks for gear selection and lighting/wiper control. Acoustic glazing, now standard, enhances cabin comfort. The flexible rear bench boosts boot capacity from 488L to 1,386L, and towing capacity reaches 2,100kg.

Powertrain options include a 150PS TFSI mild-hybrid, a 150PS TDI diesel, and a new 272PS plug-in hybrid with up to 74 miles* electric range and 50kW DC charging. Suspension choices range from comfort-tuned to adaptive sport setups. Driver attention monitoring and trained parking assist enhance safety and convenience.

UK orders for TFSI and TDI begin in July, e-hybrid in August. Prices start at £38,300, with production based in Győr and Ingolstadt.

Dynamic Design, Enhanced Acoustics
The new Audi Q3 sports a more muscular, aerodynamic look with a high Singleframe grille, sleek headlights, and defined lines. A sharp shoulder line and pronounced wheel arches enhance its dynamic stance, echoing quattro heritage.

At the rear, slim LED lights and a full-width light strip (S line and up) complete the clean, modern design. Nine colours and wheels from 18" to 20"—including sporty black Audi Sport options—are available.

With a drag coefficient of 0.30 and segment-first acoustic glazing for front side windows, the Q3 offers improved aerodynamics and cabin quietness.

Smart, Spacious, and Sustainable Interior
The new Audi Q3 interior blends functionality with comfort and tech. A panoramic digital stage with 11.9" cluster and 12.8" MMI display creates a cockpit-focused layout. The redesigned steering unit adds storage by moving gear and light controls to column stalks. A cooled 15W wireless charger and USB-C ports front and rear add convenience.

Ambient lighting (standard on S line+) enhances atmosphere, including laser-cut illuminated door panels with 30 color options. The SONOS premium sound system offers 420W output, 12 speakers, and customizable profiles.

Powered by Android Automotive, the infotainment system features built-in apps and Audi’s AI-enhanced voice assistant with visual avatar. Sustainable materials—like recycled polyester and Econyl—underscore Audi's eco-focus.

With up to 1,386L of cargo space, adjustable rear seats, and a 2,100kg towing capacity, the Q3 remains practical as ever.

Efficient Powertrain Options
The new Audi Q3 offers a wide range of efficient engines. The entry-level 150PS TFSI features mild-hybrid tech and Cylinder-on-Demand for fuel savings. A 204PS TFSI quattro and a range-topping 265PS TFSI quattro (400Nm) deliver stronger performance with all-wheel drive.

The 150PS TDI diesel, with 360Nm torque, is ideal for long-distance efficiency. The Q3 SUV e-hybrid combines a 115PS electric motor with a petrol engine for 272PS total output and 400Nm torque. Its new 25.7kWh battery enables up to 74 miles of electric range (WLTP) and supports 50kW DC fast charging—10% to 80% in under 30 minutes.

Refined Ride, Sharper Handling
The new Audi Q3 features enhanced driving dynamics with updated suspension options: standard steel-spring, sport suspension (standard on Edition 1), and adaptive dampers with two-valve technology for faster, smoother response and greater comfort-control range.

Twin-valve dampers adjust rebound and compression independently, improving both ride quality and agility. Progressive steering (optional) enhances responsiveness and manoeuvrability with reduced friction and better road feedback.

Audi drive select introduces a new “Balanced” mode for optimal comfort and dynamics, while “Offroad plus” can be preset for quattro models.
