PLANO, Texas (June 26, 2024) – The Lexus ES 350 Black Line Special Edition package (available for an additional $3,965 charge) returns for 2025 after a four-year hiatus, offering another sporty variation of the top-selling sedan in the Lexus lineup. The package is offered exclusively on the ES 350 F SPORT Handling model and includes Obsidian outer mirrors, a distinctive black rear lip spoiler and a black lower rocker panel.

In addition to offering the Black Line Special Edition package, the 2025 ES continues to cater to a diversity of lifestyles with three available powerful engines, all-wheel drive capability, and two F SPORT models.

The 2025 ES is expected to arrive in dealerships in Summer 2024.

Black Line Special Edition Package
Limited to 1,000 units across North America for 2025, the Lexus ES Black Line Special Edition package builds on the ES 350 F SPORT Handling grade.

An Option for Everyone
The Lexus ES uses the Global Architecture-K (GA-K) platform, featuring a robust front-wheel drive chassis with high-strength steel and laser screw welding. It has additional braces for enhanced front-end stiffness.

The suspension is tuned for responsiveness. The front suspension has an optimized strut angle and Dynamic Control Shocks for improved ride quality. The rear suspension uses a trailing arm and multilink setup with higher mounting points and larger bushings for better damping.

The ES 350's 3.5-liter V6 engine produces 302 horsepower and 267 lb-ft of torque, with an EPA rating of 22/32/25 MPG. It includes an 8-speed Direct Shift automatic transmission.

The ES 250 AWD's 2.5-liter L4 engine and Dynamic Torque Control AWD improve traction, directing up to 50% of torque to the rear wheels when needed.

The ES 300h combines a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with an electric motor for 215 horsepower and 43/44/44 MPG. A lithium-ion battery under the back seat improves weight distribution. The hybrid system offers linear acceleration and a Sport mode for enhanced performance.

F SPORT Flare
The F SPORT Design is available on all three Lexus ES powertrains (ES 350, ES 250 AWD, and ES 300h) and is based on the ES with the Premium Package. It features 19-inch split five-spoke alloy wheels with a Gloss Black finish, unique F SPORT exterior styling, and standard Intuitive Parking Assist. Optional features include a Mark Levinson sound system, power rear sunshade, panorama roof, triple beam LED headlamps, and power trunk with kick sensor.

The F SPORT Handling grade, available on the ES 350 and ES 300h, enhances the sportiness of the ES. It includes Sport+ and Custom Drive modes, Intuitive Parking Assist, SPORT-tuned Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS), heated F SPORT steering wheel with Hadori aluminum trim, aluminum pedals, and black headliner. Additional interior options include a Mark Levinson 17-speaker, 1,800-watt PurePlay Surround Sound system and a power rear sunshade. Exterior options include premium triple-beam LED headlamps and a power trunk with kick sensor.

Provocative Elegance, Refined
The 2025 Lexus ES features a dynamic stance and sleek, coupe-like silhouette inspired by the flagship LS. The front end is highlighted by the Lexus Signature Grille and striking Bi-LED headlamps. All models come with a power tilt-slide moonroof, with an optional panorama glass roof providing a seamless appearance and ample natural light.

The ES offers various wheel designs to complement its exterior. Standard models have 17-inch wheels with a twin v-spoke design in Dark Metallic and Machined finish. The Base with Premium Package and Luxury trims feature 18-inch split 10-spoke wheels with a two-tone Dark machined finish. Luxury and Ultra Luxury trims have an 18-inch five-spoke alloy wheel with Vapor Chrome finish, while ES F SPORT models get exclusive 19-inch split five-spoke alloy wheels in Gloss Black.

The 2025 ES is available in 10 exterior colors, including Eminent White Pearl, Iridium, and Cloudburst Gray, each with an additional charge of $500. Other colors include Obsidian, Caviar, Matador Red Mica, Moonbeam Beige Metallic, Sunlit Green, and Nightfall Mica. Ultra White, exclusive to F SPORT, is available only on F SPORT Design and F SPORT Handling models for an additional $500.

Spacious and Inviting Cabin
The 2025 Lexus ES combines a driver-centric cockpit with spacious passenger areas. The streamlined instrument panel features a standard eight-inch touchscreen with the Lexus Interface.

An available technology package on Base, Luxury, F SPORT Design, and F SPORT Handling models includes a 12.3-inch touchscreen, Head-Up Display, and SmartAccess Card Key.

Lexus ES owners can choose from various interior colors and trims. Base models come with NuLuxe® trim in Palomino, Acorn, and Black with Striated Black film. The Premium package adds options like Macadamia NuLuxe® with Ash Bamboo Trim, Palomino NuLuxe® with Open-Pore Brown Walnut trim, Acorn NuLuxe® with Open-Pore Black Trim, and Black NuLuxe® with Open-Pore Black trim. Luxury and Ultra Luxury models offer semi-aniline leather trim in Palomino, Macadamia, Acorn, and Black, with Open-Pore Black, Open-Pore Brown Walnut, and Ash Bamboo trims.

F SPORT trims, based on the Premium Package, include Palomino NuLuxe® with Open-Pore Brown Walnut trim or Black NuLuxe® with Open-Pore Black trim for F SPORT Design. F SPORT Handling and Black Line Special Edition offer NuLuxe® trim in Black, Circuit Red, and White, paired with Hadori Aluminum trim.

1. Lexus Interface with Touchscreen
- Standard 8-inch and available 12.3-inch touchscreens offer clear controls and vivid displays with anti-reflective coating.

2. Six USB Ports
- The ES includes six USB ports for convenient device charging throughout the cabin.

3. Cloud Navigation*
- With Drive Connect, this system uses Google POI data for accurate directions, traffic updates, and alternate routes. Offline mode downloads maps in advance if a signal loss is detected.

4. Intelligent Assistant*
- With Drive Connect, voice commands activated by “Hey Lexus” can control navigation, multimedia, and climate, using dual microphones and enhanced noise cancellation for accuracy.

5. Digital Key*
- With Remote Connect, use a compatible smartphone as a vehicle key via the Lexus app. It allows for door lock control, car sharing, valet parking, and package delivery. The key can be shared with up to seven people.

6. Wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto Compatibility*
- Standard wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ allow access to apps and control menus. Up to five Bluetooth® devices can be registered, with two connected simultaneously.

Lexus Safety System+ 2.5
The 2025 ES comes standard with Lexus Safety System+ 2.5, which brings a suite of key active safety and convenience features to the vehicle. This system includes:

1. Pre-Collision System (PCS) with Pedestrian Detection
- Function: Detects vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists, providing audio/visual warnings and automatic emergency braking at speeds between 7-110 mph.
- Components Uses a camera and millimeter-wave radar for enhanced performance.
- Additional Features:
--- Risk Avoidance Emergency Steer Assist: Provides extra steering torque during emergency maneuvers to enhance stability and prevent lane departure.
--- Left Turn Oncoming Vehicle Detection/Braking: Warns and brakes if the driver turns left in front of an oncoming vehicle.

2. All-Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC)
- Function: Adaptive cruise control for highway use, maintaining preset speed and distance from vehicles ahead, even in stop-and-go traffic. Automatically slows or stops the vehicle as needed and resumes preset speed when the road clears.

3. Lane Tracing Assist (LTA)
- Function: When DRCC is enabled, uses road lines and preceding vehicles to help keep the vehicle centered in its lane.

4. Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist (LDA w/SA)
- Function: Detects lane markings and road edges above 30 mph, issuing warnings for lane departures and providing gentle corrective steering if needed.

5. Road Sign Assist (RSA)
- Function: Uses a camera to detect and display speed limit, stop, Do Not Enter, yield, and warning signs on the Multi-Information Display (MID).
